AirBridge Networks is excited to announce its expansion into Western Australia, with the opening of its new Perth office, a key milestone in its national expansion strategy and demonstration of its commitment to “Connectivity. Everywhere.”
With this westward expansion, AirBridge Networks places a particular focus on delivering connectivity into WA’s remote communities and the mining sector. A cornerstone of this strategy is the company’s Diamond Partnership with Vocus Communications, which will enable the delivery of robust, scalable connectivity solutions including satellite, fixed and wireless technologies for clients across mining, local government and regional enterprise sectors.
“The recruitment of key personnel in Perth combined with our partnership with Vocus, accelerates our ability to deliver resilient, enterprise-grade network solutions in some of Australia’s most challenging environments,” said Doug Stephens, Managing Director, AirBridge Networks Pty Ltd.
AirBridge Networks already manages more than 3,000 network devices across 850+ sites throughout Australia and New Zealand, and offers a full suite of services that span carrier connectivity, wireless deployment, managed networks and rapid-deployment infrastructure in remote or disaster-prone environments. The new Perth office strengthens the company’s capability to support WA-based clients locally, deliver end-to-end project delivery, and provide high levels of service across urban, regional and remote sites.
Leading operations in Western Australia (WA), AirBridge Networks welcomes Oliver Lawson as WA State Manager. Oliver brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise connectivity, infrastructure deployment and regional network strategy. With a strong track record of delivering high-performance solutions in both remote and urban settings, Oliver is perfectly positioned to lead the company’s WA operations and growth ambitions.
“I’m thrilled with my new role at AirBridge Networks,” said Oliver Lawson. “My research clearly showed they are a leader in remote connectivity solutions and their growth in Perth created the perfect opportunity. The size of WA means many of our Mining, Government and Enterprise customers will truly benefit from our best-in-class network solutions, helping to power the region’s digital future.”
“Oliver’s experience and leadership give us confidence to push even further into remote WA communities and mining sectors,” said Doug Stephens.
The expansion into WA follows the release of AirBridge’s revolutionary ARNI™ range, specifically designed for rugged conditions.
ARNI™ solutions enable quick, high-performance network deployment in any environment, making them perfect for both routine operations and emergency situations.
“We’ve seen a rapid uptake with the ARNI™ solutions with Local Government Areas (LGAs), state emergency service agencies and many mining sites, as ARNI™ provides fast, reliable connectivity to ensure you stay connected when it matters most. Built for resilience and flexibility, these systems allow you to react swiftly and maintain communication, even in the most challenging conditions,” said Doug Stephens.
